The view is becoming much less color full then the fall picture above as I watch out my office window. The snow is coming down pretty good again today but do expect it will go away again (hope?). We continue doing surveys to get some wells in yet this year for clients that need, or for those that want to know survey results so they can book the drillers early to be ahead of the spring rush. We will do groundwater surveys in most of the west nearly all winter as there are times we want the ground to get a bit harder to get into some sites, other times, just waiting to pair up a couple of jobs to help share and defray travel costs. We do look for warmer days to avoid equipment freezing up when possible. Still timing is such it is always best to book ahead as it can save or eliminate travel surcharges, extra thawing costs on site, and in a better position to book a drill date for the driller.
